Having invested £7 Million into the business within the last 3 years we are seeking a Territory Manager to develop an ambitious sales plan and to then successfully deliver it. Within our bureaucratic free organisation this is a fantastic and rare opportunity for an exceptional sales person to make a difference.
Our aspiration is to achieve full year sales in excess of £100 Million. Having grown sales in excess of 35% during the previous 3 years we would like to find a seriously dynamic person who really can make a difference.
Currently operating predominately within the East and the South East of England from two depots we employ 255 individuals and distribute in the region of 40,000 cases daily.

Your role as Territory Manager is to sell the company’s products and services to businesses within a defined geographical area, working closely with your telesales partner to ensure customers receive the best service and maximise sales growth opportunities.
As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you will strive to maintain good relationships with existing customers, increasing the sales of repeat business.
You will need a high degree of self-motivation and determination to succeed within the competitive Foodservice market.
Planned and methodical with your daily activities ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standards.
Using all available customer trading information, you will analyse, identify and close profitable sales opportunities.
During 2021 we will continue to develop new categories and products and to increase our market share. We are a successfully growing organisation and you will be a critical member of our Sales Team.
Territory Manager Qualities Needed
You should be a highly motivated, confident, positive and proactive individual who can also work as part of a team, a real go getter and someone with a can do attitude. A high achiever with good business sense and a professional manor.
You will work within our sales team and other key functions to drive growth in line with our strategies
Ideally, you will be very well informed about the market in which we operate so therefore able to meet the needs of our customers and maximise sales growth. You may however have transferrable skills from another market
