We are an exciting and growing wholesaler specialising in Seafood products to the Foodservice sector.
Over the last few years we have developed our customer base across the South Coast and now are in a position to further develop our Sales team with the addition of a Business Development Manager.
Our service offering in focussed around excellent procurement of quality seafood produce combined with competitive pricing and exceptional service to our customer base.
We appreciate how imperative quality seafood is to our client’s menus and are able to successfully work with a diverse range of outlets, including pub, restaurants, hotels, casual dining and the cost sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate foodie sales professional to support our growth by winning and managing new foodservice customers.
This role is predominantly focussed on developing new business but also will encompass account management.
You will be responsible for driving sales across a geographical area and subsequently develop further share of wallet within the account base.
Due to the diversity of our customer base the level of decision maker you will be liaising will include owners, chefs, contract catering managers and procurement.
Any accounts won will be managed by you moving forward and contribute towards your yearly sales target.
There is also likely to be a portfolio of existing account passed to yourself to manage whilst you develop new business.

We are ideally seeking to speak to proven sales professionals with experience selling into the foodservice and catering sector.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in field sales.
- Candidates with experience in sales to the hospitality sector are of particular interest.
- Candidates must have strong business development skills and drive to achieve new business.
- Experience working in fresh/chilled product areas including fresh produce, seafood and butchery will be of particular interest
- Candidates must be driven, energetic sales professionals able to plan and implement their own journey plan.
